GroceryApp ("the App") is developed by Kinders Development. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and how you can manage or delete it.
The App collects the following data, which you provide directly:
All data is stored locally on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. Your data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not operate any servers. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
If you choose to share your grocery list using the App's collaboration feature, your grocery item data (including item names, photos, and your display name) will be visible to the people you explicitly invite. Sharing is initiated entirely by you through Apple's CloudKit sharing system. We have no access to or control over shared data.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is sent to any server other than Apple's iCloud.
You can delete all of your data at any time from within the App:
This permanently removes all grocery items, photos, and associated data from your device and from iCloud. If you were sharing a list, all participants will lose access.
You can also delete your iCloud data independently by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > GroceryApp.
The App does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation and stores data only in the user's own iCloud account.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
